SAMHSA Behavioral Health Treatment Locator is a confidential, free, 24-hour-a-day, 365-day-a-year, information service, in English and Spanish, for individuals and family members facing mental health and/or substance use disorders. This service provides referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations. Callers can also order free publications and other information. The Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) is a centralized recovery resource in CT. Anyone is welcome at their recovery centers, but unfortunately none are located near New Milford. They do have a telephone peer support recovery, that is open to anyone in recovery. (877) 676-CCAR
