New Milford Parent Support Network

The CARES group offers weekly support to parents and loved ones of substance abusers.

Thursdays 7:00-9:00 PM @ the First Congregational Church Annex on Main St. in New Milford.

Free & confidential!

Youth Substance Abuse Prevention Council

New Milford’s Youth Substance Abuse Prevention Council had its first meeting of the 2014-15 school year on Wednesday September 3rd. This group meets monthly to distribute grant funding throughout New Milford in an effort to prevent Substance Abuse within our Youth population. The council is made up of members from the NM Youth Agency, NM High School, High Watch Recovery Center, NM Hospital, NM Police Department, and area Substance Abuse counselors. Community members are encouraged to either participate or provide input into relevant programs or projects that they would like to see offered in our town. For more information please contact
